Hays Social Care are looking for experienced Support Workers to work with a client in The Forest Of Dean Your new company In your new company you will be working on a shift basis with a number of different clients supporting adults within residential or supported living services around the Forest of Dean. Your new role You will be working with adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health and behaviours that challenge. You will be promoting the independence of residents, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position you will need to be open to shift cover, have experience and / or hold an NVQ L2 / L3 in Health and Social Care. Being able to drive is a bonus. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate, minimum of £9.62 up to £10.52p/h depending on experience and qualifications.
