Position - Positive Behaviour Support Worker Location - Chertsey Salary - £18,600 p.a. plus £1,200 after completing probation and training Hours - 39 hours a week; 5 shifts over 7 days made up of earlies, lates and nights. About the service - This is a brand new service supporting coming out of long hospital stays or Assessment & Treatment units. You will undertake Specific Training like PBS and D&D/Breakaway as service users can be challenging. The current age ranges are adults between 8 and 40 years. Duties will include support in the community as well as the home. Type of person required - Whilst you will receive full training for this role we are looking for people who want to work with challenging clients and will go out of their way to de-escalate challenging behaviour.
