Overview
Support Worker Location - Tunbridge Wells Salary - £17,850 pa rising to an additional £1,200 complexity enhancement (after certain training has been completed). About the service - this role involves supporting 1 individual with learning and physical disabilities, who has her own team of support and own flat. This service user is very active and your role will involve supporting her in both the house and in the community enabling her to reach her full potential. For this position we need people who drive. Hours - Work full or part time covering different shifts throughout the day, evenings and nights spread across the week, weekends and Bank holidays. Shifts are on a rota basis so you will know in advance to plan your time accordingly.
