Child Care Solicitor REF: BG78 Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Location: Stockport Job Type: Full Time Job Section: Private Practice Experience: PQE 5 Contact: Brandon Ghent Multi specialist Law Firm in Stockport seeks a Child Care Solicitor. Successful candidates must have 5 years’ PQE and competent handling all Child Care duties such as, obtaining the correct financial provision for children, negotiating childcare arrangements, including contact, residence and access for parents and other family members and Negotiating child maintenance payments. As well as this, experience in both privately and publicly funded work with Panel Membership of either Children Law; or Family Law Advanced or Resolution Accredited Specialist in Domestic Abuse.
