Hunter Talent are delighted to be working with an award winning SAAS business who are looking to engage an experienced Technical Architect. This hands-on role will see you managing a growing infrastructure team whist working across multiple projects. The culture and work environment of this tech savvy business is fast paced and dynamic. We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with a leadership mindset, solid experience, and the ability to problem-solve. Your new job: Reporting directly to the CTO, this is a key role within the business. You will manage the delivery and support process that assists in building and managing operational applications and their end services more efficiently. The responsibilities of a Technical Architect include assessing, supporting, and implementing high-quality Information Technology architecture. Technical Architect Responsibilities: Facilitating the development process and operations. Identifying setbacks and shortcomings. Creating suitable DevOps channels across the organization. Establishing continuous build environments to speed up software development. Designing efficient practices. Delivering comprehensive best practices. Managing and reviewing technical operations. Guiding the development team. Technical Architect Requirements: Previous experience working on a 24x7 cloud or SaaS operation team. Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring. Strong knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling (Chef, Puppet, and Docker.) Knowledges of live service best practices i.e. ITIL Working knowledge of Automation service provisioning and middleware configuration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills.
