The service provides person centred care to elderly residents and residents with dementia. This service offers both long and short care depending on the requirements of each individual resident. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate and caring Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their friendly team of staff. The manager can be flexible to accommodate both full and part time, as well as days, nights or a combination to suit you. Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager.
