Job Title: Registered Nurse - Nursing Home (RGN, RMN or RNLD / Registered Adult Nurse, General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse ) Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire Salary: £31,800 - £43,500 per annum (£17.00- £17.50 p/hour PAID BREAKS) Excellent Benefits Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time or Part-time Shifts: Days or Nights Service Details: An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/RNLD) to join a beautiful nursing home based in Shrewsbury. The service is ideally situated in a pretty, rural village a couple of miles from Shrewsbury town centre and is within easy reach of public transport links, shops and amenities. This fresh and bright care home provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the residents and their families. The service boasts excellent facilities including cosy communal lounge areas, a cinema room and a lovely landscaped garden for residents to relax and unwind. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their fantastic nursing homes based in Shrewsbury. The service provides person palliative care, convalescent care, long and short-term respite care and day care. Specialist support is also available, from disability care to specialist dementia care for those requiring a little more support. The home boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating. Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
