We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. We're a team of dedicated recruitment professionals, we've all come from agency, and we've all made the decision to move over because we want to have a direct impact on Axis, because we want to support our local community, and because we genuinely care about adding value to this organisation in the long term. I'd love you to be a personable and flexible Recruitment Resourcer who understands the UK trades and labour market, who knows where chippies hang out, and who can talk to them with credibility and from a place of expertise. I do want you to have recruitment experience, but what that experience actually looks like is less important than you and your ability to build positive and lasting relationships with our candidates, our stakeholders, and our colleagues. You'll need to have resilience, calm, and a sense of humour, and you'll need to be comfortable working in a busy and diverse office where needs are always changing and priorities can shift in the blink of an eye. You'll be able to work with a wide variety of people from across our business, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills, to develop your knowledge as a Recruitment Resourcer, and to deliver improvements to our policies, processes, and systems. You will have the ability to build relationships, manage a dynamic and ever-changing to do list, you will prioritise your own work, and you will think of new and creative ways to engage with the amazing candidates on our doorstep. Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates - CV Sourcing Identify candidate skills to match appropriately with vacancies across the business Conduct telephone screening and booking in interviews Supporting the recruitment team with general administrative duties Headhunting a range of different disciplines Upload quality well targeted adverts, sourcing candidate CVS and identify priority candidates Uploading CV to recruitment system Completing and verifying references Organise and coordinate interviews/meetings, About you: Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease Be able to cope with pressure Have exceptional administrative and organisational skills Have the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Be flexible and adaptable Have good IT skills (MS Office) You Will Be Persuasive Driven Solution focused Able to learn this brand new ATS quickly And You Will Have Experience with the trades and labour market Fantastic attention to detail The ability to spot opportunities for improvement The initiative to deliver results Are you ready to take that next step in your career that will mean you can change lives?
