We are currently for recruiting an ambitious Finance Administrator for an exciting position with our established and growing client who are based in Chester. The Finance Administrator will be joining a dedicated and passionate team who believe in providing an effective and stress-free service to their clients. This position would suit a graduate who wants to establish a career within the finance and accounts sector. You will be rewarded with 32 days’ holiday, free parking and a company bonus scheme. To apply for the Administrator position you should either have a basic background in accounts/finance administration, or be a recent graduate in finance/accountancy. The ideal candidate will be able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. The goal of the Finance Administrator is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the firm, by providing key administration support to the team. Responsibilities Supporting a team of finance professionals with their administration Uploading new client details on to the inhouse software Creating and updating reports on Excel Speaking with clients on the phone and dealing with any issues that may arise to support the team Ensuring that colleagues are well-prepared with client details and reports before meetings Supporting with day to day administration for the team Knowledge and Skills Required: Possess a basic finance/accounts administration background, or be a recent graduate in a related subject Exceptional attention to detail Articulate with high-level written and verbal communication skills Conscientious and motivated with strong personal initiative High level of computer literacy in MS Word and Excel Ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
