Senior Data Engineer | London | £60,000-£90,000 Do you thrive working in a fast-paced consulting environment? Do you have development experience using MS Azure stack and Python? Are you someone who's looking to work somewhere you'll be given the autonomy to deliver? Do you want to work for an organisation that is utilising modern data tools such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Looker and many more? The role You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions using data sourcing, integration and modelling techniques. You'll cover the following areas: Scripting: Implementing well-designed scripts using languages such as Python and SQL. Data Modelling: Designing well-structured tables using the likes of Kimball modelling. Software Engineering: Having the mindset of a software engineer to automate tasks and deploy production codes in a test-driven environment. Data structuring/pipeline design: Designing the data pipeline, having a good oversight of the different database solutions and how they fit together in database management It would be great if you had Experience with either Azure/AWS/GCP/Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery Expertise in using modern data tools (i.e. SQL, Python, R) Business Intelligence & Data Analytics and/or consulting experience Experience with data visualisation tools; Looker/Power BI/Tableau Experience working with an engineering mindset (i.e. Agile development, Git, Jira) Consulting experience across multiple industry domains What's in it for you?
