Telephone/Skype interviews still available with the client for successful applicants Maintenance Reliability Consultants x3 Lancashire / Merseyside £35,000 - £42,000 (Car Professional Training Considerable OT earnings) Variety of experience Only UK resident applicants accepted Reliability Engineering Consultants/Engineers are still very much a requirement even during these turbulent times. Permanent staff required for a North-West based consultancy, new and ongoing FMEA contracts for 300 asset clients. Additional skill-set considered in Condition Monitoring. Variety of client service options available (location & industry) for onshore customer sites, responsible for: In-depth Reliability Studies (FMEA, RAMS, RCFA, RAMS) Spares Optimisation, OEE Improvements, Downtime Reduction Predictive Maintenance recommendations reporting Criticality, Environment, Impacts. Collection and analysis of data for the performance of individual assets / rotating equipment e.g. pumps, motors, compressors. Remote support to on-site maintenance teams for best-practice operational procedures. Effective use of CMMS: SAP & Reliability Software (professional training provided) to detail maintenance activity & actions to be taken in conjunction with maintenance objectives. Desired Qualifications: HND/Degree/Masters Qualifications in Mechanical/Reliability Engineering or similar principles.
