Agile Delivery Manager Cambridge £65,000 - £75,000 TEC Partners are pleased to be exclusively recruiting for a prestigious company based in Cambridge, in their search for an Agile Delivery Manager or, perhaps you're called a Scrum Master in your current position. The position will be joining a team of well experienced Scrum Masters/ADM's. The company are at the beginning of their Agile journey and you'll be instrumental in helping them achieve their Agile goals. You'll be working closely with Scrum teams and the Product Owners/Managers to ensure they deliver against their goals; you'll track velocity closely so you can provide forecasts for delivery. You'll also help implement an agile project governance framework, that everyone can work to. Successful candidates will have the following skill set: Extensive Agile Experience Scrum Experience Experience of the Full SDLC Kanban Experience Experience of working as an Agile Practitioner, across multiple product teams Able to collaborate with Product, UX, Scrum Masters and Engineering in cross-functional teams Experience of working in Agile at Scale Experience with distributed teams a big plus Ultimately, you will be required to know, in detail, when services will be delivered. You will work with the engineering teams to ensure that when delivered, the releases are of the highest quality and meet coding standards.
