Scrum Master Cambridge to £55k Scrum Master (Agile Coach). Are you an influential, impactful leader? You’ll hold ceremonies including Sprint planning, daily Stand-ups, Sprint retrospectives, product demos and reviews. With paid for training and certifications, there will be plenty of opportunities to progress to an Agile coach position. Requirements: You have experience in a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager role, working with software development teams through an Agile framework You have good knowledge of the software development life cycle You have experience working within a Scrum team and guiding them through Agile transformations You’re a dynamic leader, committed to promoting organisational agility and continuous improvement You place high value on creating an inspiring delivery culture, facilitating collaboration and robust working relationships As a Scrum Master, you’ll earn a highly competitive salary (to £55k) plus a comprehensive benefits package.
