Overview
We seek 3 Software Engineer to work on application level software development in C++. The programme deals with Generic Vehicle Architecture systems for a fighting vehicle. ESSENTIAL SKILLS / PROVEN ABILITY WE NEED YOU TO POSSESS Application-level C++ Development Linux Development Platform-Independent Code Development Data Distribution Service (DDS) Development Object-Oriented Development Good grasp of SOLID principles Good grasp of OO Design Patterns Good grasp of modern development tools and practices Good Systems Engineering / UML skills DESIRABLE SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE AS A BONUS Qt Quick (QML) Development Experience XML / XSD Development Experience Working in an Agile SCRUM environment Unit Testing, Continuous Integration / Continuous Development Developing flexible, modular, API-driven solutions Working with distributed version control systems (e.g. Git) Working with Ethernet, CAN and Serial protocols Working with additional development languages ADDITIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION: WE SEEK 3 SOFTWARE ENGINEERS WHO HAVE WORKED IN A MILITARY / DEFENCE ENVIRONMENT / INDUSTRY WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR WHO IS CAPABLE OF OBTAINING SECURITY CLEARANCE (SC LEVEL MINIMUM) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89909135
