Overview
Senior Nurse Brighton £40,404 42 hours per week worked on a rota basis. My client is the largest health and social care provider supporting the Jewish Community, currently looking for a Night Registered General Nurse to join their Brighton home. Key responsibilities: · Reviewing, updating and preparing individual care plans to meet resident’s individual needs. · Effectively communicating with residents, relatives, staff and relatives. · Contributing to learning, training and development opportunities for staff. · Safely storing, administering, ordering, recording and handling drugs. · Promoting and maintaining health, safety and security to ensure a safe and happy working environment. Requirements: · Naturally be a compassionate and caring person with experience in working with older people and leading a team in the health and social care sector. · Knowledge of National Care Standards and Health and Safety. · RGN or RMN, registered with NMC. · Excellent communication skills, proficient in numeracy and literacy. · Understanding of GDPR. · Working flexibility.
