Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Chemist to join a growing team on a permanent basis. This is a challenging role and they would like an individual who has a strong background in formulation and developing products. They are also particularly interested in individuals who have a cementitious background or a background within construction. This position can potentially also be a Senior Development Chemist position, it all depends on the individual’s past experience. Therefore please do still apply if you would be looking for a similar type of position but at a more senior level. Development Chemist - Key Responsibilities: Responsible for researching and developing new production processes Improve overall product performance efficiency and profitability Meets agreed briefings/specifications from the sales team/others Planning, organising and overseeing process or production trials Development Chemist - Key Requirements: Educated to degree level within Chemistry Experience in product formulation Ability to communicate effectively Able to write structured and concise reports.
