We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a motivated Registered Nurse to join a brand new beautiful nursing home based in Liverpool ( RGN, RMN / Registered Adult Nurse, Mental Health Nurse. The manager is able to accommodate to both full time and part time on either days or nights. Salary: £16.80 Paid Breaks Hours: Full or Part time - Days or Nights Location: Anfield or Speke ( 2 brand new homes for same company) Service: Elderly About you: You must be a Registered Nurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology Experience on overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation. Able to support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times. Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families You’ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
