Overview
Business Development Managers Required for this established TMC based in South Africa looking to open a office in the South of England. Initially they are looking for 3 experience business development managers with TMC experience and a proven track record of winning new business. They will pay up to £40,000 plus a great comm structure and benefits. Business Development Manager Duties To identify quality leads through platforms such as the internet, networking, face to face meetings, referrals & canvassing Cold call leads with the aim to book a meeting with qualified prospects Meet with prospects, assess their needs, reveal current pains then advise on solutions & secure a commitment to do business Regular client meetings to build a solid working relationship that is sustainable into the distant future & increase client spend to ensure there is no leakage Once an account is won you will facilitate a full implementation process Business Developments Manager Skills Required Previous business development experience for another TMC Proven successful sales track record Able to build long lasting relationships Results, goals and recognition driven Highly self motivated Good verbal presentation skills If you are interested in the above role and would like more information please call Harri on or send your CV to Don't keep a good thing to yourself We grow our business through referrals, so please don't keep us to yourself.
