Overview
Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Officer? Do you want to work for a brand name charity? Do you have previous use of SUN accounting software? Robertson Bell Finance are currently supporting a brand name charity in London in the search for an Interim Purchase Ledger Officer to join the team on a 3 month fixed term contract basis. As the Interim Purchase Ledger Officer, you will work closely with the Transactions Manager and wider ledger team in managing a high volume of transactions. Key responsibilities include: Posting purchase ledger invoices. Maintenance of the purchase order system. Completing supplier statement reconciliations. Maintenance of the purchase ledger inbox. You will have a proven track record in a similar role within a busy finance environment, with the ability to hit the ground running and work efficiently on your own initiative. A strong understanding of double entry accounting is imperative. Having experience of SUN accounts - version 5 or 6, is also essential for the role. My client is completely open on the background of the person, so long as they have the relevant experience.
