The opportunity is simple - build your own business within a business - no KPI’s, testing but realistic targets and the opportunity to work in the UK, US and Pan-Asian markets (essentially, the opportunity earn a lot of money). Starting at Consultant level, the progression to Senior Consultant or Team Leader level will happen within a year depending on starting experience. They have contract, permanent and dual-desks available and want candidates who have a proven track record of BD and billings to drive the business forward. The client is a leading IT & Technology recruitment agency that is a leader in Java, JavaScript, Python and C#. They were founded in 2011 and have grown from a small 3 man office in Kent to swanky, impressive office right in Central London. Now 27 people large, they are looking to double in size as they have a secure hold of the market and want ambitious people to come on board and challenge the multiple £250k billers within the business. Usual incentives of monthly lunch clubs, quarterly trips away and yearly bonuses of up to £25k Work mobile, pension scheme and other comms included.
