Overview
Electrical Shift Technician South Wales 16976/534 £38,000 annual salary paid overtime Due to continued growth and ongoing investment, one of Wales' most successful manufacturing businesses require an experienced Electrical Shift Technician to join the maintenance team. You will be directly responsible for ensuring minimal downtime across the site and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities Breakdown support and Preventative maintenance (PPM) within an assembly manufacturing environment Multi skilled role covering both electrical and mechanical breakdowns Assist with on-going development to machinery and processes Repair and maintain a wide variety of production machinery and equipment including PLC systems, automation and controls, sensors, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics Knowledge, skills & Experience Time served with an electrical bias HNC/HND Electrical desirable/NVQ Level 3 as a minimum Previous experience working within a high speed, high volume environment Experienced with PLC's, controls and automation Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills and experience Benefits Package £38,000 annual salary Additional paid overtime 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12 hours) Contributory Pension scheme Long term Training and development opportunities If you are interested in this role or looking for something similar please contact our Managing Consultant Nick Greenland directly at or call him for a confidential discussion on .
