Overview
Support operational management of entry level attraction and selection for 250 graduates, school leavers, industrial placements and interns annually across 14 UK offices. • Managing the full application / selection process cycle, focussing on candidate experience and identifying top talent; • Oversee the management of central inbox (via the RPO); • Candidate pipeline management and intervention i.e. targeted online advertising, workshops; • National assessment centre co-ordination & delivery; • Supporting pre-boarding activities; • Updating and improving selection processes; • Planning and delivering key attraction activities i.e. careers fairs and events booking; Brand Ambassador on-campus management campaign; blog coordination; social media; coordination of online advertising; • Maintenance and administration of careers website and applicant tracking system; • Promoting the recruitment process internally & externally; • Upskilling and training assessors; and • Maintaining key management information. The Requirements • Experience in a comparable high volume student recruitment role; • Internal and external stakeholder management skills (at all levels); • Ability to gain and maintain an awareness of key industry attraction & selection trends and best practice; • Excellent communication skills (oral and written); • Project management skills; and • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines with a high attention to detail.
