Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment Consultant Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment Consultant Recruitment is a service based business-to-business sales position that fundamentally revolves around making money by finding the correct personnel for a job vacancy. Recruitment is a very autonomous and responsible position that requires smart and proactive people that want to make money for the company that they work for and also themselves. Therefore recruitment is very different from most jobs that are available at the moment; however the vacancies will go very quickly so apply now. Day to day it will be your job to liaise with candidates and clients alike to establish a relationship and find out how your service can help them. For a client it will be finding the correct person is a very demanding labour market and for a candidate it will be to show them the best possible opportunities that are out there. When you have placed a person you will gain a commission for your work. A basic salary will also be offered. This will range from £20,000 - £25,000. Your first year earning should exceed £35,000. However this will take motivation, persistence and tenacity. ESG Recruitment are currently working on over 30 roles in recruitment, these are predominately in Finance, Law and Technology, however there are other sectors such as media, management consultancy and HR that may be of interest.
