Overview

Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with one of the country's most well-known residential house builders who have recently taken on a whole host of new projects and due to this have the requirement for several Assistant Site Managers to join their operations team. The new developments are spread across Edinburgh & The Lothians so an ability and desire to work in these locations is essential. The sites are all large scale housing developments where units are of timber frame construction so ideally you will have had experience of similar projects already in your career. You will be required to undertake the following plus more as and when required: Organisation of sub-contracted trades Request and take delivery of site materials ensuring quality and quantities are as expected Assist with completion of all relevant site paperwork Ensure programme deliverables are met Customer care and handover My client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and eager to develop their career within construction management. The successful candidate will ideally have: Trade background CSCS SMSTS First aid qualified Construction Management HNC/D or BSc (preferred but not essential) Sound knowledge of building process Understanding of NHBC regulations (preferred but not essential) Strong Health & Safety mindset In return, our client is offering a package that includes a salary of between £32,000 - £36,000 a company vehicle or allowance, private healthcare and bonus.
