2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Mansfield - Up to £30,000 This firm are an exciting IT Service Provider who pride themselves on giving honest and cost-effective solutions to their clients. They have a growing client base nationwide and are now looking to bolster their team with an energetic, like-minded professional to join as a 2nd Line IT Support Technician. The role is challenging and fast-paced, but they offer genuine opportunities to progress as the senior management truly believe in developing their engineers and thrive on seeing their staff succeed and progress. You will need to be able to work independently as you have full ownership of logging and handling your own tickets but will also be a team player as you will act as an escalation point for 1st Line Support. There is opportunity to get hands on in planning and delivery of IT Projects for clients on site. Due to the nature of the role you will need a full UK Driving Licence and have your own vehicle.
