Overview
A leading Lloyd's syndicate has recently restructured their delegated authority function and as such are recruiting for a newly created Business Partner position. You will be working in a collaborative environment, whereby you can really make an impact. This role is a strategic one, where you will be more aligned to underwriting and accountable for a portfolio of key coverholders to the business. You will be: driving conversations, sometime difficult ones, with coverholders / underwriters looking at portfolio synergies have involvement on pricing with actuaries You will have experience reviewing portfolio performance and drawing conclusions from data, with an analytical mindset. You must have a flexible working approach, be adaptable to change and be skilled in nurturing and developing stakeholder relationships. Prior experience within a delegated authorities team is not essential for the role, however an understanding of binders will be highly beneficial.
