Overview
Robert Half Technology is recruiting for an exciting DevOps Engineer role with a global technology business, based in Cardiff. The Role Working as part of a fast-paced IT team in Cardiff, the DevOps Engineer will be working on greenfield IT projects to drive the organisation's automation offerings forward. You will be responsible for introducing containerisation, setting up Kubernetes clusters for production and building environments utilising AWS. Key Responsibilities Deploy products released into a live environment using best practices Build and support operational environments using AWS Work closely with the development team to move existing services into a containerisation and microservices architecture Script to build a production system that is built around an infrastructure as code scalable methodology Manage MySQL databases Adhere to the change management process to ensure stability Your Profile Extensive knowledge of AWS/EC2 Strong background in Linux and Windows environments Experience working with Kubernetes Good understanding of software development processes along with CI/CD pipelines Experience of working with Atlassian products Team player who can work within tight timescales The Company Robert Half Technology is recruiting for a fantastic DevOps Engineer with a dynamic IT company, based in Cardiff.
