Overview

Security Installation Engineer required for my client, an NSI Gold Fire & Security company looking to expand further. This company specialise in the system design and installation of electronic security and fire systems across domestic, retail and commercial sties including schools and care homes. The successful candidate will be installing electronic security systems to a surveyor's specification or marked up drawings. Also required to commission systems and complete paperwork, in accordance with the appropriate British Standard requirements and NSI. Security Installation Engineer Position Overview Install Security Systems across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and North London. Less than 10% of work is carried out in Central London. The types of equipment you need to be experienced on or familiar to are: Intruder: Eaton range, Pyronix, Honeywell - Galaxy CCTV: HikVision, Pelco, DM, Adpro, Optex Access Control: ACT, Paxton Door Entry: BPT, Fermax, Videx Security Installation Engineer Position Requirements 5 years' experience within the Security industry. Experience working on/familiar with: Eaton range, Pyronix, Honeywell/Galaxy, HikVision, Pelco, DM, Adpro, Optex, ACT, Paxton, BPT, Fermax, Videx. Reside within 25 miles of Stevenage. Pass a DBS Check. Full UK Driving Licence. Security Installation Engineer Position Remuneration Salary starting from £28,000 (Dependant on Experience). On target earnings circa £40,000. Company Van/PPE/Uniform/Equipment. Company credit card to cover expenses such as; car parking, congestion charges. 40 hour working week. 08:30 - 17:00. Overtime regularly available. On call 1 in 6 weeks. 23 days' holiday 8 bank/public holidays. Pension scheme.
