AWS Cloud Engineer FinTech Company - Canary Wharf Up to £110,000 bonus This trading company were set up by 10 of the world's biggest banks to provide trading and market data to the financial industry. With £100 million turnover and that kind of backing, money isn't a problem This role is for a hands-on AWS all rounder - networking, security, implementation in AWS. With offices around the world, this is a truly global company who keep the agility of a start-up to ensure they are constantly evolving and stay on top of their game. You'll be working closely with the CIO and whilst working hands-on with everything AWS. Most of the Cloud function is based in New York but now that the CIO has moved to London, they are building the Cloud Engineering operation in London. This is where you come in You'll be coming in to spearhead the Cloud and AWS function and work closely with New York. You'll be in charge of the infrastructure in London and you'll develop plans to foresee risks and mitigate against them. AWS will be a big part of this and so cloud experience is essential This isn't a walk in the park - there is work to do as they migrate fully to AWS but if cloud is what you love, then this is a chance to really drive it. You'll be the first Cloud person in London so you'll have to have the ability to manage upwards and implement solutions. If you have experience in Devops, Cloud, Security, networking and overseeing mission-critical applications and are looking to join a company which offers amazing financial security with the flexibility to work how you like then look no further.
