Mac Support Engineer – London/Oxford – Permanent This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems Engineer specialising in MacOS to join an industry leading information company to improve the end user experience for Apple devices. Key responsibilities for Mac Support Engineer include: Expert in MacOS, iOS and Apple technologies Maintain and evolve Mac management - Jamf (cloud) Recommend and review solutions to meet business requirements Aid with migration and integration activities in support of mergers and acquisitions Technical skills required for Mac Support Engineer: Jamf Pro – systems, design, implementation and management Expert knowledge of MacOS, iOS and Windows management and deployment Expert knowledge of scripting (AppleScript, Shell, Bash, PowerShell) for automation Experience with software packaging deployment Knowledge of MDM technologies, Microsoft 365 and Azure Conditional Access Strong communication skills If you are interested in this opportunity and believe you are a good skills match , please get in touch.
