Talent Development Executive – Job Description Duration : Initial 3-month internship, with the possibility of progressing to a permanent position. Salary : £18k during internship period, £19k base commission if taken on permanently. Working hours : 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Office hours are 9am-6pm. As a Talent Development Executive (TDE), you will be working closely with other members of the Talent Development Team and Account Management team to source and register the best graduate talent for a diverse range of exciting new roles within and around London. This is a 3-month internship, based in our London office in Holborn, with the possibility to develop into a permanent position, depending on progression. Required skills/qualities Attention to detail Professional and confident telephone manner Ability to build rapport with candidates Great organisational skills Ability to pick up new systems and equipment quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment alongside a small team Responsibilities Using Bullhorn, our internal CRM system, as well as external job boards (Reed, GradJobs, etc.) to find the best and most relevant candidates. Calling candidates to explain the registration process and inviting them in for a video appointment session. Meeting daily KPI targets for booking in candidates. Facilitating the running of the appointment session; whether that be giving the introductory speech or recording candidate videos. Editing videos to be uploaded on the candidate’s profile. Filling out candidate profiles with provided information so they’re ready to be shortlisted. Assisting the Account Management team by contacting shortlisted candidates or suggesting candidates that would be a good fit for current roles.
