Your new company Our client is a global market leader in the manufacturing industry - with a thriving subsidiary in the Port Talbot area. Your new role We are seeking a technically strong experienced Management Accountant looking to take the next step in their career - the role is Financial Controller Designate so is certainly a role with developmental opportunity. Sitting within a close knit friendly team you will be managing a small team yourself and have dealings with the senior management across the business. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a talented qualified accountant (or an experienced Finalist), preferably with a manufacturing background, if not a strong interest in the sector in addition to a good management accounting background. This position has a real focus on reporting, is perfect for someone with a key eye for detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines and is ambitious and driven. There is also a real commercial focus which includes business partnering, stakeholder management as well as budgeting and forecasting.
