Overview

ISS Support Services are actively looking to recruit a Mail Room Team Member for a key client contract based near to Liverpool Street. You will assist in the delivery of client facing front of house and office support services ensuring all supporting office and front of house operations are undertaken efficiently. We require someone with an excellent can-do attitude. Working across a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday shifts between 8:00-17:00. Key Responsibilities: To ensure the smooth operation of all client facing services and functions across our site To be responsible for all areas of office support to include walk-around checks with a keen eye for detail, management of printers and photocopiers To proactively liaise with and support our client, reporting anomalies and issues as required To, when required, provide a world-class reception, hospitality and mailroom service to employees, guests and business partners during the agreed operating hours To run an effective post service operation including outbound and inbound mail delivery. Liaison with Royal Mail and special delivery/courier companies To provide delivery (in and outbound) of mail across our site as agreed in SLA, to ensure all mail is correctly logged and recorded and to that all confidential/ sensitive mail is handled appropriately To be responsible for the ordering stationery and checking of stock levels in accordance with the guidelines of stationery maintenance. To when required, provide effective meeting room management, coordinating (in advance if required) and on the day liaising with all parties to ensure maximisation of space to support business needs To, when required, use all operating, telephony and computer systems in accordance with requirements and guidelines To ensure that all client site procedures and five-star standards are met consistently and regularly up-dated in line with business needs Person Specification: Relevant corporate /hospitality/ support services/front of house experience in high profile environments Experience of working with various IT systems, including Microsoft Office packages and meeting room management systems Switchboard/telephony experience Communications experience with Key Stakeholders, guests and clients Knowledge, Skills & Ability: High degree of accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good time management, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Excellent customer service and awareness of the importance of delivering a world class guest experience Meeting room management system experience Office experience including mail room and porterage services Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Motivated, committed and flexible Should this role be of interest to you please apply today for more information
