Hire Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-known equipment supplier based in Walsall. I am working with my client to find an experience Hire Controller. Reporting to the Customer Service Centre Manager, your role will involve: • Management of inbound and outbound calls to regional customers delivering optimum customer service • Build and create great working relationships with new and existing customers • Use product knowledge to translate the customers’ requirements into rental products and services that meet their needs and maximise sales opportunities • Be an ambassador for the Customer First culture ensuring any issues are quickly resolved • Manage hire contract administration The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills: • Good customer service experience • Good understanding of the hire industry would be adventurous but not essential • Able to work as part of the team and support colleges where needed • Enjoy organising and planning in a busy environment • Good IT skills and efficient at using Microsoft packages In return our client will offer you a comprehensive company induction and training programme as well as: • 23 Days Holiday • Company Pension • Onsite Parking Hours of work are: 07:30 - 16:30 08:00 - 17:00 These hours are rotational week to week.
