Overview

My client based in the South East London area are now looking for a support engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a client in the financial sector who promote good team culture and offer the chance to progress and develop. The client have a small Mac presence and so previous exposure to tools such as JAMF/ Casper are essential. The role is a ‘senior service desk’ role but will also allow face to face and server support where necessary. The role requirements are as follows: •Support of Windows 7/10 Exposure to Powershell •Excellent knowledge in all MS Office Products Office 365 •Experience with MS Windows domain structure •Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS •Experience with MS Active Directory and MS Exchange online would be beneficial •Expertise in deploying and supporting desktops/laptops, phone systems •Strong customer service, communication, organisational and leadership skills are required Exposure to use of JAMF and Intune If you are a senior service desk analyst and have experience in supporting both PC and Mac environments and feel this is a potential role for you, please send me the latest version of your CV and I will give you a call.
