Residential Property Manager Our client is a high-end Property Group located in North West London who are recruiting a Property Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of upmarket properties. Key responsibilities will include; Managing a portfolio of high-end properties located across London Liaising with tenants regarding any maintenance issues Ensuring that all properties are fully compliant with up to date gas safety and EPCs Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors Implementing systems to ensure that tenancies are recorded accurately Updating property records Carrying out inventories and overseeing check ins and check outs Carrying out inspections as required This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager to join a company which offers career prospects and great benefits.
