Overview
Our client is a leading office furniture manufacturer. They are looking to employ an office furniture sales support person to work alongside and provide internal support to systems furniture sales team. Job Summary: The office furniture sales support person will be responsible for: Monitor and track sales order process through to completed project handover - through creation of report that ensures order process is complete and does not get held up in any department Contact for all factory queries that arise from order creation - filter queries to relevant department (Sales, Commercial, Purchasing) Build relationship with Factory contacts and develop communication platform to ensure sales and factory requests are handled in a timely fashion. Assist with sample request, showroom tour preparation and basic client queries when sales team are unavailable, to ensure clients are responded to quickly Ensure samples are kept up to date and replenished. Assist with sales event communication. Assist Sales with CRM (not responsible for) updates and management when Sales Managers are not present in the office Weekly report to Management team, informing of items that have been unanswered creating potential delay, reviewed in weekly meeting Monitor status of project snagging via spreadsheet Candidate Profile: Detail Admin Strength Process driven - Able to devise own way of working to provide weekly feedback report Excellent IT skills, must be proficient in Excel and CRM Highly Organised Must have a very good attention to detail Must be innovative with drive, enthusiasm and hands on approach. Excellent time management skills Good written skills (particularly spelling and grammar) Package: Salary up to £35,000 per annum (dependant on specific experience)
