Overview
A highly-regarded lender based in Manchester City Centre has opportunities for experienced Collections Advisors to join their team. As a Collections Advisor, responsibilities will include: Manage a caseload of debtors and work to maximise collections Make contact with customers over the phone to discuss their outstanding debts Carry out a full consultation to assess their financial situation and consider resolutions Use patience, understanding and empathy to provide good service to the customer Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Collections Advisor Profile: Experienced in Debt Collections/Debt Recoveries/Debt Management Patient and understanding when speaking with customers Able to manage a busy workload whilst ensuring a high quality of work Maintain strong knowledge of financial rules and regulations Motivated by success and eager to progress within Debt Collection/Recoveries On offer for the successful Advisor is an excellent package including up to £27,000 basic salary, monthly bonus, up to 25 days' annual leave, Bank Holidays, your birthday off, healthcare cash plan, contributory pensions scheme matched up to 5%, Life Assurance and frequent incentives and awards.
