Overview
We are searching for a talented individual with a strong background in Training to join a well established Consultancy in Plymouth. It will be your primary responsibility to understand the needs of the customer, carrying out training needs analysis, tailoring training packages and adapting sessions to suit delegates needs and abilities. You will be required to assess current market trends surrounding training and certifications in order to recommend new and existing certifications to clients. Responsibilities · Providing IT Training according to vendor-syllabus · Continuous assessment of vendor requirements for certification · Create and deliver bespoke training course modules in line with client requirements, with the assistance of the training supervisor · Research changes in current certification offerings and recommend solutions to delivering the courses accordingly · Represent the business at; client visits, open days, lectures, expo’s as well as marketing, educational and technical events · Responsible for the creation and continuous assessment of course training syllabus according to the course curriculum creation guide · Research new and innovative ways to deliver and maximise the quality of the training being delivered · Providing reports, examinations and assessments on delegates where required · Technical IT support to the Employer's network, client networks, support contracts and hosting services · Direct customer issues to the appropriate individual for resolution if you aren’t able to adequately support Required Skills · Be proactive, bring ideas to the table and contribute to business improvement · Work well under pressure and have the ability to effectively prioritise your workload · Ability to work autonomously, conducting your work in a professional and friendly manner · Training, mentoring or coaching experience required, ideally within IT · General computing skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel · Have good communication and interpersonal skills · Confidence in training and presentation delivery · Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others I f you would like to be considered for this position, then please submit an up to date CV by using the ‘apply’ button below.
