We are looking for Nurses or ODPs to join our team as Theatre Practitioners. As part of our professional, friendly and compassionate team you will do everything you can to ensure the patient's treatment is of the highest standard. Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment in safe, clean and comfortable surroundings. About the role You will be working as part of a friendly, welcoming and expert multidisciplinary Theatre Team supported by our experienced Theatre Manager, Cathy Thuis-Harris. You will be a part 1 registered NMC Nurse with experience of working in theatre, or a HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner. As well as being up to date with current research and developments in theatre practise you will have a sound knowledge of Health and Safety/Risk Management within the operating department. These are exciting times to be working at the Peninsula Treatment Centre, whilst we would normally be undertaking Orthopaedic, General, Ophthalmic & Endoscopic Procedures; we are also currently undertaking Plastics, GU, Vascular, ENT & Breast Surgery. If you have experience as a Scrub, Anaesthetic or Recovery Practitioner & are enthusiastic & committed to Patient Care then we would love to hear from you.
