Salary Range - £55,000 - £65,000 Company Car 25% Bonus Do you want to work for a market leading raw material manufacturer into the food and beverage industry? Are you looking for a fresh, forward thinking company that is looking to grow into number one in their sector worldwide within the next 5 years? Our Client: With a turnover in excess of £1bn and 1200 staff globally they are one of the market leaders in their industry sector and as such are sole suppliers to major names in the alcoholic beverage sector such as AB Inbev, SAB Miller, Diageo, Carlsberg, Heineken and a number of whiskey distilleries. Role: The business is having continued success across the world having doubled in sizer over the past 7 years and is now looking to recruit a Site Manager for the production facility situated in North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be focused on leading a multi-disciplined team with the goal of supplying finished product on time in full to a high level of quality. This role reports directly into the global HQ and as such affords a significant level of autonomy. You will be: Operationally excellent with a focus on manufacturing and production. P&L responsible for a manufacturing site currently. Budget responsible. Able to drive a culture which puts health and safety as a priority. Quality focused ensuring compliance requirements are met. Used to managing a multi-disciplined team and be a solid man manager. Able to influence and lead from the front delivering the vision for the site. Continuous improvement focused. What we are looking for: The ideal candidate will be a working as a Production, Operations or Site Manager for a production manufacturing site ideally in the food or ingredients sector. This man management position will require the successful individual to be able to influence current management on site whilst delivering a step culture change as the business becomes more global. This hands-on role will suit someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
