Overview

Receptionist and Administrator £21,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependant on experience) Central London This role is responsible for the execution of day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks of the office. Duties Meeting and greeting guests and employees to the office in a friendly, presentable and professional manner. Opening & closing the office daily, completing daily/weekly/monthly logs as per company policy Keeping admin office and reception area clean and tidy always Keeping reception desk and waiting room area clean and tidy at all times Ensuring files and documentation are compiled/completed correctly Making and answering phone calls and responding to general enquires. Managing main general email account daily, ensuring all enquires are responded to the same day, without exception. Assisting Office Manager and extended team with all general administration tasks. Management of meeting room diaries, ensuring they are always kept tidy. Liaise with supply companies and other organisations as required, and in conjunction with the team. Ensuring all mail received is passed on to respective staff each morning Highlighting and resolving problems, both administrative and operational and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations Ordering of stationary as required Other duties as necessary for the efficient running of the office Required Must have longevity within previous career history Experience within a Front of House, Reception position required Must have excellent communication skills, pride yourself on your appearance and professionalism Able to work on own and keep self-motivated during quiet times Strong skills within Microsoft package: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Ensure you provide the highest level of customer service to each and every person you come in contact with, whether by telephone, email or in person.
