Overview
One of our Public Sector clients requires a Procurement professional to manage their procurement activity across a range of category areas. Duties include: • Develop sourcing strategies for a variety of category areas • Provide full contract management activities within assigned category areas • Liaise with stakeholders to create new commercial sourcing strategies and lead of negotiations • Analyse the market, identifying and developing opportunities to achieve value for money Essential Experience: • MCIPS or Qualified buy experience • Working knowledge of public sector procurement rules • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
