Overview
I am currently recruiting an Senior Accounts Payable Clerk for a well known retail company located in South West London. Client Details My client is a well known fashion brand based in South West London. Due to recent growth they are looking to hire a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in a newly created role. This is a permanent position based in South West London. Sector: Retail Description Senior Accounts Payable Clerk , South West London Stock invoices Posting new stock invoices into SAGE; Distributing marketing/ samples invoices out; Keeping a track of marketing/ samples invoices distributed for approval; Approving stock invoices using Cegid and/or warehouse's spreadsheet; Looking after stock spreadsheets: Goods in Transit and Goods Received Not Invoiced; Stock reconciliations Rent and rates Managing relationships with landlords Rent and rates reconciliations Ensuring the rent and rates are paid correctly and on time Intrastat Pulling out the invoices of SAGE; Imputing data into the spreadsheet; Preparing/ updating the spreadsheet; Preparing a CSV document (ready to be uploaded to HMRC website); Payment run Complete bank reconciliations Preparation of all payments for stock, rent and rates Manage all DD's and S/O (creating, amending) Expenses, petty cash and credit cards Ensuring the expenses and credit card policies are met and that feedback is given to individuals when policies are not adhered to Process of all expenses fortnightly Review of credit card form submissions and preparation of the credit card journal Month end responsibilities All stock, rent & rates invoices, expenses and credit card expenses captured on Sage by the close of day one All petty cash for stores processed on Sage All bank postings have been completed Stock spreadsheets to be completed by COP day three Working with the rest of the team to ensure all AP deadlines are met Profile The successful candidate needs a minimum of 4 years experience to the roles and duties above They must have retail experience and candidates without will not be considered. Job Offer £30,000 -£35,000 salary plus benefits.
