Ref jw/21760 Paraplanning Manager £50k-£60k with bonus and excellent benefits package Central London Our client is a multi-award winning Chartered Wealth Management firm that has doubled in size over the last year. As a result of this, they are looking for a highly technically competent Chartered Paraplanner, or someone that is well on their way to gaining their Chartered status, to support a growing team of Paraplanners. You will be given a high degree of autonomy within this role and actively encouraged to make recommendations on improving current processes and procedures. You will work very closely with the Senior Partners with client presentations and annual technical reviews of products and services. Compile financial planning recommendations and suitability reports, conducting detailed analysis and prepare cash flow analysis. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met and maintained and manage the client annual review process. Staff responsibilities will include the recruitment and training of new Paraplanners and enhancing and developing the skills set of the current Paraplanners, conducting regular reviews and implementing training and development programs where relevant. This is a very varied and challenging role and ideal for someone that wants to take on greater responsibility and take a proactive part in the growth of this highly successful business. My client will consider two types of a candidate for this role, the first is someone that has previous man-management experience and the second option is someone that is a technically very competent Paraplanner, that is looking for their first role with staff responsibilities. To be eligible for this role you must be either Chartered or actively studying towards your Chartered status.
