Overview

Senior Mac IT Engineer ACM Resourcing are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join a digital business based in London. The role is going to be working in a Mac Environment and you'll be one of the senior Mac Engineers within the team providing day-to-day technical support at their office in Central London. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot tech issues, in person and remotely, including help desk operations and deskside support Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues Configure and deploy Macs (via MDM solution), VoIP phones, hardware, and networking equipment Implement, test, and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, including network and telephony systems Monitor projects and new technology rollouts Requirements: Experience in similar roles (IT Support Engineer / helpdesk in a corporate environment) Excellent understanding of Apple hardware and macOS/iOS Excellent understanding of networking fundamentals, experience with Cisco Meraki stack preferred (CMNO, CCNA, or equivalent certification) Experienced G-Suite administrator.
