Immediate interviews Experience of service provision in the care profession and must be computer literate Desirable Experience of care coordinating within the care profession for at least 12 months Key Competencies To be able to plan and allocate the workload of carestaff. To be able to maintain all office policies, procedures andsystems. To be able to maintain alladministration. To be able to interview and select potential carestaff. To be able to establish and maintain effective workingrelationships. To be able to assist with invoice and payrollqueries. To be able to prepare reports asrequired. Special Skills and Attributes Excellent communicationskills Excellent computer skills. Excellent administrativeskills. Good planning and organizational skills Sound understanding of good careprinciples Skills careplanning Ability to display empathy andwarmth Ability to cope withpressure Performance related pay: Extra £150.00 per month if not more than 5 missed visit per month.
