The Role: Process mortgage applications Call handling and monitoring Manage a busy inbox Book appointments and manage diaries Undertake basic administrative duties across the business Work in line with FCA requirements About You: Motivated and focused self-starter Must have office based administrative experience Genuine interest within financial services Able to provide excellent customer service Strong desire to learn and progress
