Overview
My client are a financial planning firm in Taunton and are looking to add a Senior Administrator to their team. The role will see you carry out high quality administrative duties for the Partners and Advisors within the firm. The role will involve: Setting up client records Processing Letters of Authority Ensure all information is logged onto the internal system Liaise with providers and financial advisors Process new business Process fund switches Prepare valuations Deal with customer queries General administration About the Company: The financial planning firm operates out of Taunton and provides financial planning advice to clients across the South West. They’ve seen significant growth since they started out which hints to a strong management and leadership team that has firm business goals and a clear vision about who they are and what they want to achieve. Key Skills/Experience Required: Ideally, we are looking for someone with 2-3 years’ experience within Financial Services Administration. Level 4 Diploma would be preferable but candidates working towards this will also be considered.
