It is the responsibility of the Health and Social Care Assessor to manage their caseload, diary and deliver cohort training to our employers. The purpose of the role is to help to develop a skilled, capable and confident workforce to deliver a quality service for all clients via engaging training programmes which inspire learners. Requirements The successful candidate will be Organised Structured Ability to manage their workload effectively Able to work on their own initiative Have previous experience in training delivery Have access to their own vehicle and a clean driving licence Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Can demonstrate integrity Be trustworthy Be a role model to learners. You will possess a high level of written and spoken English, a professional demeanour, PTLLS L3 and an in date Manual Handling qualification. It is desirable, though not essential, that you have A1/CAVA L3 Award in Assessing Candidates, TTT and/or other relevant professional qualifications.
